From November 16 to December 15, 2026, UNED Vila-real will host an online course, approved by IVASPE, focusing on the complex police response to situations such as home invasions, property usurpations, and the phenomenon of 'inquiokupación'. The 25-hour training aims to equip security professionals and other interested parties with the necessary legal and operational knowledge to confidently handle these cases.
The program, directed by Sergio Cámara Arroyo and coordinated by Clara Llopis Puchol, moderated by Joseba Corral Moreno, and with expert speaker Juan Carlos Sola Iñigo, Chief Officer of the Local Police of Busot (Alicante), will cover fundamental concepts of dwelling and domicile, detection of criminal groups, and drug dealing in occupied properties. It will also analyze phenomena like 'blocking / neighborhood stalking' and teach the use of documentary models and formal communications.
Specific objectives include differentiating concepts like dwelling and domicile, identifying criminal offenses in progress, applying protocols for property usurpation, requesting urgent eviction measures, and recognizing criminal groups. The methodology involves recorded video classes, downloadable materials, real case studies, simulations, and an evaluation system combining an online test (40%) and a final practical case (60%).
Reduced tuition is available for UNED students and UGT Serveis Publics affiliates. The course is particularly aimed at members of the Security Forces and Corps, private security professionals, Criminology, Law, and Social Work students, and those preparing for public service exams.
