The program, which includes disciplines such as ceramics, oriental dance, writing, and physical exercise, aims to offer spaces for personal care and strengthen bonds between participants. Registration will be available both in person and online between September 23 and 29.
The training offer is divided into three thematic areas: mind, body, and soul. Highlights include somatic education, oriental dance, artisanal ceramics, pelvic floor work, dynamic training, postural gymnastics, therapeutic theater, and creative writing.
Interested individuals can visit the Casa de la Dona from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or submit the corresponding form via the municipal website. The list of admitted participants will be published on October 2, and if demand exceeds capacity, a draw will be held for allocation.
