The decision, made by the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi), seeks to ensure public safety and facilitate the service of emergency teams working in the area affected by the fire declared last Saturday in La Vall d'Uixó.
Although the evacuation order has been lifted, residents currently in the municipality must limit their movements. This measure aims to ensure the mobility of firefighting, security, and healthcare personnel operating in the field.
On the other hand, the regional administration has agreed to lift the lockdown around the waste treatment plant in Onda, located in the Regall de l'Abellar area. This modification affects only the facilities and their immediate perimeter.
The remaining restrictions in force in the municipalities affected by the fire will remain unchanged until midnight. The Generalitat has indicated that it may modify or withdraw these measures depending on the fire's evolution and the Emergency Plan guidelines.
