The Territorial Employment Pact Consortium has assisted 59 job seekers in Burriana with personalized itineraries and managed 32 job offers within the municipality.

The Consortium Managing the Territorial Pact for Employment of Ceramic Municipalities and their Area of Influence continues to offer its labor orientation and intermediation services to the citizens of Burriana. Since the project's inception, a total of 59 job seekers residing in the municipality have received individualized attention from the Pact's Labor Orientation service, located at the Cámara Agraria. Here, they have received a personalized insertion itinerary tailored to their needs and professional goals.
The Councilor for Active Employment Policies of the Burriana City Council, Suni Fandos, has highlighted the importance of a local labor orientation service. "Having a close labor orientation service allows job seekers to receive support adapted to their situation and, at the same time, access opportunities generated within our own municipality," she stated.
This orientation service provides individualized attention to those actively seeking employment, guiding them through the process of entering the labor market and working on aspects such as their skills, professional profile, and insertion possibilities. In addition to in-person assistance, the Pact Ceràmic employment portal currently has 283 job seekers from Burriana registered, facilitating connections between individuals seeking opportunities and companies needing new professional profiles.
Since the project began, 32 job offers have been managed in Burriana, with 5 currently remaining open. Councilor Fandos emphasized the collaboration with the Pact Ceràmic to provide concrete resources to the unemployed and facilitate the dissemination of job offers. "These figures reflect that dual effort: supporting individuals in their job search and facilitating connections with companies. It's a way of implementing employment policies from the territory, with close attention adapted to the needs of our residents," she added.
The work in Burriana is part of the project Creating Opportunities: Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Training, which structures the Consortium's activities around supporting entrepreneurship, labor orientation and intermediation, and training adapted to the territory and its productive fabric. The Territorial Pact thus maintains its commitment to close citizen engagement and strengthening the connection between job seekers and the business community of the municipalities within the Consortium.
