The regulations for the installation and operation of seating for the main parades will also be submitted to the Local Government Board. The calls for publications are divided into the Festes de Castelló contest, aimed at cultural associations, and the Llibrets contest, reserved for sector commissions.
The Festes de Castelló contest will offer prizes of 300 and 150 euros for the first and second classified entries, accompanied by accreditation scrolls for the top three. In the 'gaiatas' (traditional festive groups) call, prizes will be 750, 350, and 250 euros, with an additional award of 200 euros for the best cover.
To recognize the people and trades that make the festivals possible, both contests will dedicate their award for the best unpublished article to them, endowed with 250 euros. Original works will be required, without content generated partially or entirely by artificial intelligence. Entities can register until February 1, 2027, and submit their publications on February 15 and 16 of that month.
The XVIII contest of Carros Engalanats (Decorated Floats) will award prizes of 650, 350, and 200 euros, along with a banner. New vehicles and those presented in previous editions without having won any award can compete, with a maximum of one float per association. The jury will examine the floats on February 21, and the results will be announced on February 28, coinciding with the Day of the Pilgrimage. Interested associations have until January 26 to formalize their participation through the Federation of 'Colles' (groups).
Finally, it was agreed to submit to the Local Government Board the regulations for the seating service during the Cavalcada del Pregó (Opening Parade), the Desfilada de Gaiates (Gaiatas Parade), the Cavalcada del Pregó Infantil (Children's Opening Parade), and the Desfilada Internacional d'Animació (International Animation Parade). Maximum prices will be 5 euros for the Pregó and 4 euros for each of the other three parades, with ticket sales starting at least five days before each event.
