The Marina Baixa region welcomes a new space for artistic training and creation: the school Teatro 360, which has opened registrations for its new course following its recent inauguration in l’Alfàs del Pi. With the slogan ‘We make theater, we create artists’, the school aims to become a benchmark for individuals of all ages and levels interested in the performing arts.
Teatro 360 offers a broad curriculum encompassing various disciplines. Classes will include children's, youth, and adult theater, as well as musical theater, dance-theater, on-camera acting, videobook, and photobook. The school is directed by Arlene Iribarren, an actress, dancer, theater director, and educator specializing in Physical Movement Theater. The team is complemented by Alex Tersse, head of the Acting and Scenic Creation area, and Manuel Cardoso, in charge of the Design, Creative Production, and Audiovisual area.
Teatro 360 views art as a fundamental tool for developing creativity, communication, confidence, empathy, listening skills, and teamwork. The proposal seeks to create an open space where each student can find their own path within the performing arts, providing tools to develop their artistic abilities regardless of age or prior experience.
The Councilor for Culture of the l’Alfàs del Pi City Council, Manuel Casado, welcomed Teatro 360, highlighting its integration into the cultural fabric of the municipality and the region. Casado encouraged all individuals interested in theater, acting, dance, or other artistic disciplines to visit the school to learn about its offerings, with a special emphasis on activities for children, youth, and adults seeking to learn, enjoy, and build confidence through the performing arts.
