The session, developed in collaboration with the Marina Baixa Employment Territorial Pact (POMB), took place this morning in the meeting room of the Casa de Cultura. It was primarily aimed at unemployed individuals and those looking to improve their resources and skills for entering or re-entering the labor market.
During the three-hour workshop, key aspects of professional image were addressed, including selecting clothing based on the work environment and the characteristics of each job. Practical guidelines were offered for building a coherent, functional image adapted to various professional situations.
The training emphasized the importance of personal image as an essential complement in preparing for job interviews and for daily professional life, providing tools to face these situations with greater confidence and judgment.
This initiative is part of the programming of the Marina Baixa Employment Territorial Pact, a 2023 regional agreement involving the 18 municipalities of Marina Baixa and social agents such as UGT, CCOO, and the Confederation of Employers of the Valencian Community (CEV). The POMB promotes orientation and training programs to improve employability, especially for active job seekers.
Through initiatives like ‘Capsule Wardrobe’, the L'Alfàs del Pi City Council continues to offer free training and employment guidance resources, facilitating access to practical tools that strengthen personal and professional skills.
