A total of 8,941 electors are called to vote in this election. To ensure the proper conduct of the electoral day, 19 tables will be set up across six locations: two at the Casa de Cultura, and the rest at the Vocational Training Center, CEIP Veles e Vents, the Social Center of l'Albir, and CEIP Racó de l'Albir.
Through a digitized procedure, the presiding officers and titular members, as well as their respective alternates, have been selected. Designated individuals will receive their notification within the next three days, informing them of their appointment and associated obligations. The names have not been publicly disclosed in the plenary session, in compliance with data protection regulations, and will be communicated directly to the interested parties. The announcement of appointments will be made public between this afternoon and November 7.
Serving on an electoral table is a mandatory civic duty. Both titular members and alternates are summoned at 8:00 AM on election day. The day is divided into three phases: constitution (8:00-9:00 AM), voting (9:00 AM-8:00 PM), and the count (starting at 8:00 PM), which is public.
Table members are entitled to a €75 allowance, paid leave on election day if it is a working day, and a five-hour reduction in their working hours the following day. Additionally, they will be covered by Social Security.
Those who believe they have a justified reason preventing them from serving must submit an appeal to the District Electoral Board, providing supporting documentation. Unjustified absence or abandonment of the table may lead to criminal liability.
