The Villajoyosa City Council has opened the ascending public auction call for the independent sale of two municipal plots located on María Amada street, in the historic center.

One of the plots, located at number 3 and included in the Special Plan for the Historic Quarter, is an urban plot for a dwelling with a ground floor and three upper floors, with a surface area of 47.50 square meters. The starting price is 115,143.60 euros (VAT included).
The second plot, at number 5, has a surface area of 40 square meters and a starting price of 119,699.25 euros (VAT included).
Mayor Marcos Zaragoza indicated that the price has been lowered compared to the previous auction, with the aim that its sale will allow for new projects to be undertaken for the benefit of citizens and the improvement of services. Currently, these are plots that have no use.
Both plots were previously auctioned independently in 2024 and 2016, procedures that were left without bids. Interested parties have until August 18 to submit their documentation electronically through the Vortal electronic contracting platform.
