The initiative, promoted by the Territorial Pact for Employment of the Marina Baixa in collaboration with the Government Sub-delegation, the L'Alfàs del Pi City Council, and the Pangea Office, has helped bring electronic administration closer to the population, facilitating access to online procedures, especially for those who find it difficult to use these tools.
During the session, attendees received practical information on how to obtain, install, and use the digital certificate and Cl@ve Permanent, two key tools for secure identification and carrying out numerous procedures without needing to travel to administrative offices.
The workshop also covered access to the main electronic administration services, such as submitting applications, consulting files, and carrying out procedures related to Social Security, Tax Agency, and the Government Sub-delegation. Officials from SEPE, TGSS, and INSS participated to resolve queries.
This initiative is part of the actions of the Territorial Pact for Employment of the Marina Baixa, a regional agreement signed in March 2023 by the 18 municipalities in the region, along with unions and the Confederation of Employers of the Valencian Community (CEV).
The pact aims to promote coordinated employment policies, foster training, and improve job placement opportunities, especially for priority groups. L’Alfàs del Pi thus continues to commit to inclusive digital transformation.
