The president of the Generalitat has announced today in Benissa a regulatory change to expand places in nursing homes and day centers throughout the Comunitat Valenciana.

During his official visit to Benissa, where he was received by the mayor, the head of the Consell highlighted that municipalities with the intention to do so will have regional support to create new care places. As he explained, the goal is to reverse the situation of recent years, where protocols were drafted without the construction of new residences being materialized.
On the other hand, the president confirmed the incorporation of Benissa into the Vive Plan. This initiative provides for the construction of about 40 homes in the municipality, designed especially to facilitate access to housing for young people. The project is presented as a space for dialogue and understanding between the regional administration and the town councils.
Finally, fiscal measures such as tax cuts and the free guarantee line from the IVF for the purchase of a first home, which allows covering up to 20% of the mortgage, were recalled. Likewise, the Sports Facilities Plan was highlighted, which municipalities needing to improve their infrastructure will be able to access.
