This initiative, now in its second edition, aims to publicly highlight the effort, trajectory, innovation, and commitment of companies, businesses, and professionals contributing to the municipality's economic and social development.
This year, the awards feature seven distinct categories: Award for Female Leadership and Entrepreneurship; Award for Breakthrough or Emerging Business; Award for Innovation and Commercial Transformation; Award for Trajectory and Impact in the Urban Center; Award for Trajectory and Impact in the Industrial Estate; Award for Legacy and Family Business; and Special Award for Resilience and Overcoming Challenges.
Additionally, the Association of Merchants and Businesspeople of Massanassa (ACEMASS) will present the special award 'Al negoci que fa poble' (To the business that makes the town), recognizing businesses particularly involved in the social and associative life of the locality.
Any company, business, or professional with an establishment or workplace in Massanassa can submit their application. Business or commercial associations, other companies, public or private entities, or any natural or legal person who sufficiently motivates their proposal can also do so.
The participation form is available on the municipal website and can also be completed, with technical support, at the Reforça Massanassa offices.
The period for submitting applications runs from September 24th to October 7th, 2026. Proposals can be submitted at the Reforça Massanassa offices or through the town hall's electronic headquarters. A single application may be submitted for multiple categories, although it can only win in one.
The awards are honorary and will be presented at a public ceremony on October 23rd, 2026, to recognize the municipality's business and commercial fabric.
