Representatives from the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Work, and Organizations (MARHTO) at the UMH met with the Directorate of Scientific Cooperation and Internationalization, as well as representatives from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration and the Academic Committee of the Master's in Human Resources Administration at UAEMéx. These meetings served to further promote the double degree program maintained by both institutions.
This agreement, which links the MARHTO Master's from UMH with the Master's in Human Resources Administration from UAEMéx, has already enabled 14 students to participate in this international educational experience over its two editions.
Furthermore, professors from the UMH Master's program participated in the Mover Ciencia 2026 conference, an event aimed at highlighting mobility and academic cooperation opportunities between Europe and Latin America. Within this framework, they presented the double degree experience and the academic and professional opportunities it offers to UAEMéx students.
The visit was funded by the AIEFI grant, part of the Program of Actions for the Internationalization of Schools, Faculties, and Research Institutes of the UMH. Through this visit, UMH and UAEMéx have demonstrated their commitment to international academic collaboration and the training of Human Resources professionals.
