The Benetússer City Council has initiated the diagnostic phase for the development of its II Zonal Strategic Plan for Social Services, covering the period 2026-2030. The initiative includes a citizen survey to analyze the awareness and use of current social resources, establish departmental priorities, and identify the social consequences experienced in the municipality following the recent flood.
To conduct this opinion gathering, the Primary Care area has set up an information point in the municipal market's parking lot, taking advantage of the street market day. The initiative will continue this Saturday at high-traffic points for residents, such as Camí Nou avenue.

The survey consists of 22 questions designed to analyze the flood's impact on family economy and coexistence, assess the support received, and determine priority areas for municipal action. In addition to in-person assistance, the questionnaire is available on the City Council's website in both Spanish and Valencian.
