The Director General of Industry, Julio Delgado, today emphasized the fundamental role of business associations, specifically the Beniparrell Business Association (AEMBE), in the economic growth and competitiveness of the Valencian productive sector.

Julio Delgado made these remarks during the closing of AEMBE's 10th Gala, an event celebrating the entity's tenth anniversary and highlighting the trajectory, solidarity, and commitment of local companies. The Director General underscored AEMBE's capacity to unite businesses, defend their interests, and convey the industrial sector's needs to public administrations.
Delgado stated, “A business association is much more than a representation space. It is a collective voice before administrations, a meeting point for sharing experiences, and a tool for finding solutions to common problems.” He congratulated the entity on its ten years of activity and thanked the individuals who have contributed to its consolidation.
He also acknowledged AEMBE's role in the recovery of industrial areas affected by the storm on October 29, 2024, and stressed the importance of collaboration between companies, associations, and administrations to face sector challenges. "The industrial future of Beniparrell and l’Horta Sud depends on companies continuing to invest, innovate, and create employment, but also on maintaining close collaboration between the productive sector, associations, and public administrations," he concluded.
During the gala, recognitions were presented for business trajectory, commitment to the productive sector, and business solidarity. José Beta, manager of Furgobeta and vice-president of AEMBE, received the Emblematic Entrepreneur award. The Solidarity Volunteering award recognized Ignacio Almudévar (Lamusa y Servicios) and Miguel Ángel Otín (Foro Empresarial Huesca Excelente) for their aid following the storm. Finally, Vicente Monrabal and Miguel Monrabal (Monrabal Chirivella, S. L.) were honored for their Business Trajectory, highlighting over a century of history, generational continuity, and international projection.
