The award jury, meeting on October 7th, decided to grant the award to Borràs's research proposal. The project, which has a one-year deadline for submission, comes with a 2,500 euro prize.
The investigation will focus on the sporting career of Francisco Camarasa as a starting point to explore his relationship with the municipality, family, sport, and the historical memory of Rafelbunyol.

According to Mayor Fran López, the award aims to support projects that recover the past, strengthen local identity, and preserve collective memory.
The project intends to recover an individual story that is part of the collective memory of Rafelbunyol, documenting the municipality's intangible and documentary heritage. It will also generate reference material for future research.
