The Massamagrell City Council has successfully completed the deployment of the digital modernization project Massamagrell Avanza, achieving the complete and effective implementation of its new Smart Transparency Portal. This institutional initiative has profoundly transformed public information access in the town, concentrating all municipal data in a single digital space in a clear, structured, and accessible manner.
One of the main innovations of this platform is its intelligent search engine, which allows citizens to resolve queries using natural language and obtain adapted, understandable, and contextualized explanations.
The project was carried out thanks to a subsidy from the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Conselleria de Justicia, Transparencia y Participación, and the Provincial Council of Valencia. These grants are intended for municipalities with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants to promote citizen participation, transparency, and good local governance. This digital tool marks a turning point in institutional communication, laying the groundwork for a transparent and open local administration.
