Burjassot will conclude July and welcome August with outdoor cinema screenings at the Auditorium of the Casa de Cultura. The selected films for this initiative are Minions & Monsters and The Odyssey, two recent titles that were previously shown at Cine Tívoli and are now returning to the town's big screen under the stars.
The first offering, aimed at families, is Minions & Monsters. It will be screened on Wednesday, July 29, and Friday, July 31, at 10:15 PM. The plot recounts how the Minions conquered Hollywood and became movie stars, only to lose everything when they unleashed monsters worldwide. To save the planet from the chaos they caused, they must join forces for a new adventure.
The first weekend of August, specifically Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, also at 10:15 PM, will feature The Odyssey. This new cinematic adaptation of Homer's epic poem, starring Matt Damon, narrates Ulysses' long journey back to his homeland, the island of Ithaca, after participating in the Trojan War.
The Auditorium of the Casa de Cultura thus provides another opportunity to enjoy two very different cinematic proposals: a family adventure full of humor and an epic story based on a great classic of universal literature.
Tickets are priced at a flat rate of four euros. They can be purchased both on the Cine Tívoli website and at the Auditorium's box office, starting 45 minutes before each screening.
