This new store, located at number 53 on Carrer del Santíssim Crist de la Fe, will offer over 1,000 square meters of sales area. Its opening will create 14 new jobs. The planned commercial hours will be Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
The arrival in Paterna is part of ALDI's growth strategy in the Valencian Community, a key market for the company in Spain. The chain currently employs over 1,250 people in the region and has seen a 23% increase in customer numbers since June 2023, surpassing one million shoppers.
The store will follow ALDI's standard model, emphasizing own-brand products and items from national suppliers. According to company data, nine out of ten products are own-brand, and eight out of ten come from Spanish suppliers.
ALDI also maintains commercial relationships with Valencian companies, with 13% of its national suppliers originating from the Valencian Community. The chain's expansion in the region is supported by its logistics platforms in Sagunto and San Isidro (Alicante), which supply over 115 supermarkets across the Mediterranean coast.
