The new positions, with distinct assignments, will be allocated to the Economic Area (AD04), Registry–Incoming Mail Secretariat (AD06), and Technical Office Secretariat (AD09). Applicants must hold Spanish nationality or meet the access conditions for nationals of other EU states, be at least 16 years old, possess the necessary functional capacity, and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
The selection process consists of two main stages. The examination phase, accounting for 70% of the total score, includes two eliminatory exercises: a 60-question test on the official syllabus and a five-question theoretical-practical test. The assessment phase, contributing the remaining 30%, will evaluate professional experience (up to 16 points), training (up to 8 points), and knowledge of the Valencian language (up to 6 points).
The official syllabus covers 45 topics, including subjects such as the Constitution, administrative procedures, local governance, public procurement, public assets, subsidies, public function, urban planning, local finance, and data protection.
The application period will run from September 24th to October 7th, comprising ten working days starting from the day after the announcement's publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE). Applications must be submitted electronically through the Town Hall's electronic office, along with proof of payment of the corresponding fee.
Detailed information regarding this selection process will be available on the municipal notice board and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia.
