The edict, published by the Valencia City Council, specifies for each file the incidence codes to be addressed and, where applicable, the affected project or sports area. The entities involved have a maximum period of 10 business days, according to Base 10.4 of the call, to submit the required documentation electronically through the municipal electronic headquarters or registry.
To facilitate this process, the Amendment Instructions V3.2 have been made available to the entities, along with two specific models: the DN2-SUB, for relating each required code with the action and documentation provided, and the DN3-SUB, for organizing documentary or technical evidence in a paginated format. Each entity must exclusively address the codes associated with its file.
It is important to note that including a document in the DN2-SUB does not guarantee the amendment by itself; the corresponding documentation or evidence must be effectively provided in the DN3-SUB or as a separate file. The amendment aims to correct defects or complete information, not to incorporate new merits or substantive data outside the initial application period.
It will not be necessary to resubmit the entire file or documentation that is already correctly incorporated and not affected by the request. Before proceeding with the amendment, it is recommended to consult the full edict, detailed instructions, and the models available in Excel and PDF formats.
Once the deadline has passed, the submitted documentation will be cross-referenced with the notified incidences and the initial file information. Subsequently, the assessment of merits declared within the established period will proceed.
