According to the Deputy of Tourism and Sports, Pedro Cuesta, the objective is to highlight gastronomy as a key element of the numerous tourist experiences the province offers. The council has its own 80-square-meter stand featuring a gastronomic area with live cooking (showcookings) involving restaurants and producers from various municipalities. Additionally, tastings of local products and cooking workshops for all audiences are offered.
The event, celebrating its sixth edition with around 260 exhibitors from the gastronomic sector, will also feature destinations such as Montroi, Xàtiva, Godelleta, Buñol, Requena, Oliva, Gandia, Xeraco, Sueca, Enguera, Meliana, Burjassot, Alboraya, Cullera, l’Horta Buñol-Chiva, and the city of València.
Under the València Turisme brand, the council will promote the province's tourist offerings through the Catalogue of Tourist Experiences and monographic guides, located in pavilion 2 of the fairgrounds. The detailed program for the stand can be consulted on the council's tourism website (turisme.dival.es).
