The 15K Nocturna Valencia Gana Energía reaches its 13th edition, breaking a new participation record with 14,000 registered runners. The event, scheduled for this Saturday, September 26th, starting at 10:30 PM, will have its start and finish on Avenida del Ingeniero Manuel Soto, in the vicinity of the Port of Valencia. This year, female participation has increased significantly, representing 36% of the total, with over 5,000 women crossing the finish line.
Rocío Gil, Councilor for Sports at the València City Council, highlighted that the city continues to grow as a sports hub thanks to events like this one, which is unique for Valencians. Meanwhile, Rafa Blanquer, the race director, emphasized the event's consolidation as the city's only night race, which has grown year after year with the trust of thousands of runners.
The circuit, approved by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, is fast and flat, passing through emblematic locations such as Mestalla Stadium, Pont del Real, Calle de la Paz, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, and the City of Arts and Sciences. The race invites participants to rediscover the illuminated city and experience a festive atmosphere with animation points.
The 15K Nocturna Valencia Gana Energía marks the beginning of the autumn season and serves as an ideal test for those preparing for the Half Marathon on October 25th or the Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Marathon on December 6th.

The Runner's Fair opens this Friday, September 25th, at the Juan Antonio Samaranch Sports Center, where registered participants can collect their bibs, runner's bags, and technical t-shirts. The Red Cross is the official solidarity entity, with the option to contribute €2 during registration.
The event will be broadcast live on open television via Canal Esport de Squirrel and digitally through the race's official YouTube channel. An extensive police and volunteer deployment has been established to ensure the smooth running of the race.
