After two years of operation, this service has reached an 84% adoption rate among municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. The main goal is to provide smaller local administrations with the same data protection guarantees as large institutions, mitigating risks from technical failures or cyberattacks.
The platform allows for secure off-site backups, supported by a technical office that monitors data integrity daily. Currently, the system manages over 550 terabytes of information, facilitating compliance with the National Security Framework.
The project, fully funded by the Provincial Council of Valencia, is free of charge for municipalities. This initiative received national recognition last year at the @aslan 2025 Awards for its innovation in the digital transformation of the public sector.
