Cullera Beach will once again become an epicenter of electronic music with the celebration of the 12th Medusa Festival, from August 13th to 17th. The event will bring together over 150 national and international artists across eight simultaneous stages.
This year, one of the most anticipated moments will be a grand audiovisual ceremony combining 250 synchronized light drones, flying at approximately 120 meters altitude, with an extensive pyrotechnic display. These opening ceremonies, already a festival hallmark, will take place at midnight on August 14th, 15th, and 16th, each narrating a different story inspired by dance culture.
The lineup includes prominent names such as Tiësto, Carl Cox, James Hype, Dimitri Vegas, Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, and Alok, among over 150 DJs. The venue, spanning nearly 300,000 square meters, will feature the theme APSARAS this year, inspired by Hindu and Buddhist mythology, and will offer camping areas and spaces for motorhomes.
The organization anticipates an attendance of 180,000 people, solidifying Medusa Festival as one of the largest electronic music events in Spain and one of the most massive summer events in the Valencian Community. The festival has received accolades such as the award for Best Festival in Spain at the National Electronic Music Awards - Vicious Music Awards.
