The Third Vice President, Vicente Martínez Mus, the President of the Valencia Provincial Council, Vicent Mompó, and the President of the Federation of Municipalities, Paqui Bartual, actively participated in Buñol's Tomatina, boarding one of the trucks.

The Tomatina festival in Buñol saw the presence of notable political figures. Vicente Martínez Mus, who holds the position of Third Vice President and Councilor for Environment, Infrastructure, Territory, and Recovery, along with Vicent Mompó, President of the Valencia Provincial Council, and Paqui Bartual, President of the Federation of Municipalities, wanted to experience the event from atop one of the trucks forming the convoy.
The three leaders dared to participate in throwing squashed tomatoes at the gathered crowd, thus joining the unique Valencian tradition. Their presence was one of the most striking images from the first of the seven trucks that traveled through the municipality.
