The magistrate investigating the management of the dana has requested that the Valencia city council submit the Cecopal notes corresponding to October 29, 2024.

The judicial order requires documentation of the decisions and incidents discussed in that day's meeting, as well as warnings sent by the Emergency Coordination Center during October 28 and 29. Additionally, the judge has requested the identification of two municipal firefighters to be summoned as witnesses.
The judicial proceedings will incorporate various documents provided voluntarily, including firefighter performance reports and communication logs. Likewise, it has been agreed to request the phone bill for the corporate and personal phone from the service provider to verify calls made during the emergency.
Furthermore, the magistrate has agreed to summon the district mayor of La Torre, an area that suffered severe damage and loss of life, as a witness. Within the same investigation, information has also been requested from the Cheste city council regarding their actions and warnings received during the same weather event.
