The Centre del Carme Cultura Contemporània becomes the venue for the Valencia International Performance Academy & Festival (VIPA) 2026 this July, a gathering that brings together over a hundred professionals and young performers.

From Tuesday, July 7, to Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Gothic Cloister offers a program of eight open-air concerts. Access to these performances is free for the public until the venue reaches capacity.
This 14th edition of the festival combines student recitals with performances by guest artists. Among the highlights is the participation of renowned performers who will present programs featuring works by composers such as Beethoven or César Franck.
The initiative serves as a meeting point for students from countries such as Spain, Australia, the United States, and Mexico, among others. The faculty is linked to internationally recognized music institutions.
Following the program at the Centre del Carme, the festival will continue from July 18 to 24 at the Ateneu Musical del Port de València with a cycle dedicated to contemporary composition, featuring works created specifically for this edition.
