Students from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) have moved their classroom to the Font Roja Natural Park for a practical Human Resources management session.

The Polytechnic University of Valencia, through its Alcoy Higher Polytechnic School (EPSA), has organized a learning session outside the usual academic environment. The Human Resources Management course for the Master's Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering (MUIOL) took its students to the Font Roja Natural Park for a hands-on experience.
Through various dynamics and challenges designed for the occasion, students were able to experience key aspects of people management firsthand. These included leadership, effective communication, teamwork, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
This participatory day allowed students to connect theoretical concepts studied in class with real-life situations, testing both their individual capabilities and, crucially, the importance of collaboration, active listening, and mutual trust within a team.
The experience is part of a shared learning approach, emphasizing the core philosophy of Human Resources: the importance of people as the fundamental axis of any organization.
