The company Abala Infraestructuras has submitted the only bid to carry out this project, which has a budget of 964,000 euros. The expected execution period for the works is ten months, according to municipal sources.
The construction plan includes a gym of nearly 400 square meters in the northern part of the plot, equipped with a sports court and changing rooms. Additionally, the main building will undergo electrical installation upgrades and a change in the heating supply system.
The Public Architecture department has indicated its intention to speed up the process to minimize the impact of the works during the school term. This intervention is part of the Pla Edificant, which also includes future projects at CIPFP Canastell and IES number 6.
