The plenary session of this body is made up of 25 citizen representatives, including several organizations from the province of Alicante. Among the selected entities are the Alicante Provincial Federation of Parents' Associations Gabriel Miró, the National Union of Moor and Christian Festival Entities, and the Club Atlético Montemar.
The Alicante neighborhood representation also includes the Dama de Elche Neighborhood Association Federation. These organizations share space with other entities from sectors such as education, health, culture, social, labor, and agriculture, as well as consumer defense associations.
The selection process, which concluded with a public draw on April 21, received 33 applications. In addition to the citizen representatives, the Council has nine institutional representatives, including provincial councils and municipal representatives from towns such as Benidorm, Alboraya, and Vila-real.
