Entities that have received this aid for promotion and training actions have until September 20, 2026, to submit the documentation. The procedure must be carried out electronically through the municipal Electronic Office service catalog, using a digital certificate.
The justification must cover 100% of the amount of the project presented. If the justified expenditure is lower, the administration will proceed to a proportional reduction of the granted amount. The process is governed by base 14 of the call and the specific guide for economic justification.
Mandatory documentation to be provided includes the final technical report, the nominal list of associations and participants, as well as the expense justification account with corresponding invoices and payrolls. It is also necessary to submit the signed accounting record and a responsible declaration regarding other subsidies received for the same purpose.
