The National Police have carried out a significant operation in Alicante, intercepting a truck carrying sand and gravel. During the vehicle inspection, officers discovered that the cargo was hiding a large quantity of narcotic substances.
Specifically, over 7,000 kilograms of hashish have been seized, concealed within the sand and gravel used as a cover. The operation is part of the police efforts to combat drug trafficking in the region.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the origin and final destination of the drugs, as well as to identify all individuals involved in this drug trafficking network.
