The council held an official ceremony yesterday to present the awards. One mention was given to Salvador Ivorra, Vice-Rector for Infrastructure, Sustainability, and Labor Safety, "for his professionalism and personal commitment to the San Vicente del Raspeig Local Police in carrying out their duties".
The other two mentions were awarded to Ismael Kinous and Mario González, security guards at the UA. They were recognized "for their special involvement in a traffic accident in which two students from the Faculty of Education were seriously injured".
