The University of Alicante (UA), through Universidad Saludable, has launched "Rumbo Bienestar_USaludable", a training itinerary of four in-person workshops aimed at students to promote mental health and emotional well-being during university life.

The initiative seeks to provide resources for facing the challenges of university life, improving interpersonal relationships, managing academic stress, and fostering self-care. The workshops are independent but complementary, and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis until places are filled.
The first workshop, "Adaptarte", will begin on Tuesday, October 13th, and will focus on the changes and challenges of university life, addressing how to manage transitions, uncertainty, expectations, and associated emotions.
The second, "Conectar", will focus on healthy relationships, communication, and social support, working on skills to improve interpersonal communication, assertiveness, conflict management, and boundary setting.
The third workshop, "Afrontar", will offer tools for managing academic stress and exam periods, including strategies for organization, planning, managing procrastination and anxiety, as well as emotional regulation.
Finally, "Cuidarte" will be dedicated to mindfulness and self-care, with techniques for mindfulness, conscious breathing, and strategies for incorporating well-being habits into daily life. Each workshop lasts a total of four hours, divided into two sessions.
