Petrer City Council has announced the installation of a giant screen in Campet Park for this Friday, aiming for citizens to follow the World Cup quarter-final match together.

The device, measuring 3x6 meters, will be accompanied by a public address system to ensure good audio quality. The area will be operational starting at 8:00 PM, allowing residents to gather in a festive and family-friendly environment.
According to municipal sources, the initiative seeks to promote community spirit and offer an open meeting point to experience the sporting event collectively. Attendees are advised to arrive early to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere.

"We want Campet to become the heart of Petrer to cheer on the national team and accompany them in this dream of continuing to advance in the World Cup."

Irene Navarro · Mayor of Petrer
The City Council highlighted that these types of activities stem from the passion for sports in the town and the desire to share special moments that unite generations, families, and friends in a common space.
