Public exhibition of the San Jerónimo sports complex project in Petrer

The Petrer City Council has opened to the public the basic and execution project for the first phase of the San Jerónimo sports complex, which includes a covered pavilion, multi-sport courts, and parking.

The project, drafted by architect José Antonio Ropero Villena of QUADRUM ARQUITECTURA, S.L.P.U., has a construction execution budget of €1,300,457.62, plus 21% VAT (€273,096.10), totaling €1,573,553.72.
The documentation will be on public display for FIFTEEN (15) business days, starting from the day after the edict's publication in the Official Provincial Gazette. Any interested party may submit their objections as deemed appropriate, in accordance with Article 84 of the Municipal Ordinance for Development and Urban Execution of the General Plan.
The project can be consulted on the City Council's website: petrer.es/concejalia-de-urbanismo/.
Once the public exhibition period has concluded, all submitted claims and suggestions will be resolved, and the project will be submitted for approval to the Local Government Board.
This act is procedural and does not allow for appeals, according to Article 112 of Law 39/2015.
