From the Territorial Agreement on Employment and Local Development of Rincón de Ademuz, the publication of the regulatory bases for aid aimed at facilitating home acquisition by young people has been announced. This aid is intended for municipalities or population centers with up to 10,000 inhabitants in the Valencian Community.
Individuals under 36 years of age who meet the established requirements, such as having annual income equal to or less than 5 times the IPREM, not owning another property in Spain (with exceptions), and having acquired or acquiring the home from January 1, 2026, will be eligible for the aid.
The property subject to the aid must be located in a municipality with up to 10,000 inhabitants, have an acquisition price equal to or less than €250,000, be intended as a primary and permanent residence for a minimum of 5 years, and be occupied within a maximum of 3 months from acquisition.
The aid amount can reach €15,000 per home, limited to 20% of the acquisition price. Taxes, duties, and notary or registry fees are not eligible for subsidies.
The regulatory bases have currently been published, but the call for applications has not yet been released. Once published, the application period will be 10 business days. Aid will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis for complete applications until the available budget is exhausted. Applications must be submitted electronically.
