The Riba-roja de Túria City Council is allocating €104,605.36 to the new edition of the Baby Check +25, an in-kind subsidy for families with newborns or adoptions, which also aims to boost local commerce.

The initiative, developed in collaboration with Cámara Valencia, provides aid of up to €500 per child. It will be awarded on a competitive basis and may be prorated if necessary. The program is aimed at births and adoptions occurring between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025.
Applications can be submitted from October 1 to 23, 2026. This year, the Baby Check will be 100% digital, accessible via QR code, email, or the Bonos Comercio app. Once granted, families will have one month to use it at participating local businesses, thus reinforcing the local economic impact.
The Baby Check was launched in 2019. According to Mayor Robert Raga, the amount has been progressively increased, and access and usage are now facilitated through digitalization. "We want families to be able to manage the aid in a simpler, more agile, and comfortable way, and also to be able to use it directly in our municipality's affiliated businesses," he stated.
Through this call, the City Council aims to support families with expenses related to the arrival of new members and ensure that these resources benefit local commerce, creating a dual benefit for citizens and the local economy.
