The initiative, which took place from September 13th to 19th, was specifically aimed at those taking their first steps in European mobility and youth work. Through various non-formal education activities, participatory dynamics, and experience exchange, participants gained a better understanding of the opportunities offered by the European Union and the functioning of international projects.
The Portuguese organization PROACTING managed the project, which gathered participants from numerous European countries in the town of Santa Maria da Feira. In addition to the training, the program included opportunities for cultural exchange and activities designed to foster understanding among participants from different backgrounds.
Through such initiatives, the L'Eliana City Council encourages the active participation of its youth and brings Europe closer to the municipality. This project aims to inform local young people about the learning, exchange, and mobility opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program, thereby contributing to generating new career prospects for local youth.
