The Vilamarxant City Council is finalizing the tender for the renovation of five municipal parks, which will include new play areas, green spaces, and safety measures.

The Vilamarxant City Council is close to launching the tender for the renovation of five municipal parks in the coming weeks. The main objective of this project is to equip these areas with new play zones, more green and shaded spaces, as well as enhanced safety measures. This initiative aims to provide children with more modern, adapted, and protected leisure options.
The five parks slated for renovation are: La Llomaina, Comunitat Valenciana, Plaça del Pilar, Plaça del Llavaor, and Mariano Benlliure i San José. This action fulfills the announcement made by the mayor, Héctor Troyano, in early 2026, when the project's drafting was awarded.

"With this project, we will respond to various demands from residents, carrying out actions such as fencing the perimeter of the parks, changing the ground surface to improve accessibility, and enhancing the play areas for children."
