The municipal decision, framed within human resources management policies, aims to efficiently cover the temporary needs of the communication and municipal image projection department. This process will be carried out following the principles of transparency, equality, merit, and capacity, as established by current regulations for filling job positions in public administration.
The call for applications will detail the specific requirements to access this pool, as well as the merit scoring system and the selection procedure. It is anticipated that the selected individuals will be able to carry out tasks related to the production of audiovisual content, social media management, support in disseminating municipal information, and other activities linked to the City Council's corporate communication.
With this initiative, the Benaguasil government team intends to strengthen its communication capabilities and ensure closer and more effective citizen engagement, in addition to supporting administrative modernization and the promotion of European projects in which the municipality participates.
