Bétera Town Hall has initiated a resident survey to design BETEnBUS, a new on-demand bus service that will improve connections between urbanizations and the town center.

Traveling to the health center, carrying out errands at the Town Hall, going to the municipal market on Tuesdays, or reaching the Metro station are daily activities that should be accessible to all citizens. With this objective, Bétera Town Hall is working on BETEnBUS, an on-demand bus project that seeks to improve the connection between urbanizations and the town center.
The new service aims to offer a transport alternative for residents living far from municipal services such as the Town Hall, the Health Center, or the Sports Center. It also seeks to promote mobility by bringing residents closer to the Metro, offering an alternative to private vehicles, especially useful for the elderly, young people, and those who have difficulty getting around on their own.
To define the characteristics of the future service, the council has launched a resident survey that will allow it to understand the population's travel habits, frequent destinations, schedules, and mobility preferences. Bétera Town Hall encourages residents to participate in this survey to understand their mobility needs firsthand and consider them in the design of the future service. Resident input will be key to defining a proposal that contributes to improving connections between different areas of Bétera.
