The city of Sagunto will offer the opportunity to follow the World Cup semi-final between Spain and France live and for free via three giant screens installed in different parts of the municipality.

The screens will be located in Plaza Cronista Chabret "la Glorieta", the area around the Centro Cívico Antiguo Sanatorio, and the rear of the Centro Cultural Voro Alandí. The initiative, promoted by the Tourism Department in collaboration with the fan federations of Sagunto and El Puerto, will begin this Tuesday, July 14th, at 9:00 PM, coinciding with the match time.
Should the Spanish national team qualify for the World Cup final on Sunday, July 19th, at 9:00 PM, the screenings will be repeated. In this hypothetical scenario, the locations in Puerto de Sagunto and Almardà would be maintained, while the screen for Sagunto would be moved to the Recinto Ferial, coinciding with the patron saint festivities.
The city council's aim with this measure is to recreate the atmosphere of major football events in public spaces, thereby encouraging participation and collective viewing of the sporting occasion among residents and visitors.
