The Benavites City Council has completed the 'Clearer with You' project, a government open initiative that has significantly improved the municipality's digital communication, increasing accessibility, transparency, and accountability.

Following a thorough report on the status of the Transparency Portal, Electronic Office, and official website, in accordance with current legislation, a comprehensive update of active publicity obligations has been carried out. Data related to institutional organization, public remuneration, personnel selection processes, budget execution, contracts, subsidies, municipal assets, and urban planning have been restructured.
One of the notable achievements has been the reorganization of the web architecture and the simplification of content. The sitemap and main menus have been reconfigured, eliminating obsolete content and duplicate pages. The texts have been adapted to clear and accessible language, making it easier for any resident to quickly find the necessary services and procedures.
To ensure the continuity of improvements, an internal publication guide has been created, and training has been provided to municipal staff. This protocol defines responsibilities, clear writing guidelines, and maintenance criteria for the different areas of the City Council.
The project has received support from the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Ministry of Justice, Transparency, and Participation, and the Provincial Council of Valencia, via a subsidy for municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants to promote citizen participation and good governance.
