UMH Covers 100% of Degree Places for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

The university received 21,099 applications for 2,722 official new intake places across its four campuses.

The Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) has covered 100% of the 2,722 new intake places offered for official Bachelor's degrees in the 2026/2027 academic year, distributed across its four campuses.

The university registered a total of 21,099 pre-registration applications, with 18,377 individuals remaining on the waiting list. The highest official cut-off grades were for degrees such as Medicine (13.166), Nursing (11.829), and Biotechnology (11.698).
Other degrees with high cut-off grades include Physiotherapy (11.414), Pharmacy (11.379), Psychology (11.134), Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (10.603), Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (10.320), and the Double Degree in Audiovisual Communication and Journalism (10.136).
Enrollment for new students will take place online from July 13th to 15th. The UMH will send the necessary details for enrollment via SMS and email. Failure to complete enrollment within the indicated period will result in the forfeiture of the assigned place.
Students who did not secure a place in their preferred program can remain on the waiting list. To do so, they must access the pre-registration website (http://www.preinscripcion.gva.es/) and select the degrees they wish to stay on the waiting list for. The deadline to request to remain on the waiting list is July 15th at 2:00 PM.
