The blue zone will only require payment from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the service will be completely free all day.
This modification to the service hours will last until July 31st and is in addition to the free parking throughout August, both mornings and afternoons, as in previous years.
Through this measure, the Elche City Council, via the Mobility department, is responding to requests from residents and businesses, aiming to also encourage local consumption.
This initiative is carried out in collaboration with the municipal company Pimesa. It will not result in increased costs, although revenues will be reduced compared to previous years.
