The Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche is organizing a concert tomorrow, Thursday, September 10th, to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the musical group Zaruk. The event will take place at 7:30 PM in the Cinemateca of the La Valona building, with free admission until the venue is full.

The duo, formed by cellist Iris Azquinezer and guitarist Rainer Seiferth, will present a repertoire that blends traditional international pieces with their own compositions. Featured tracks include 'la rosa en la huerta' (Sephardic tradition) and 'Kol Dodi' (Hebrew tradition).
This year, Zaruk celebrates its tenth anniversary alongside Seiferth, with whom they have recorded two albums: 'Hagadá' (2016) and 'Agua' (2022). The group has performed over 150 concerts in Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and has collaborated with artists such as A. Prittwitz, María Berasarte, and Enriquito.
