The project includes the construction of three distinct pools: a semi-Olympic pool measuring 25 by 12.5 meters, a teaching and recreational pool measuring 18 by 12.5 meters, and a children's pool measuring 12.5 by 6 meters. The site, which will occupy a plot of 7,086 square meters, will feature a large garden area of over 2,600 square meters.
The facilities will include changing rooms for adults and children, an infirmary, a multi-purpose room, lifeguard facilities, and storage areas. The design has been planned to ensure accessibility and safety, with a maximum simultaneous occupancy capacity of 487 people.
The planned investment for this project amounts to 2,664,879.61 euros. The construction period is set at 10 months from the start of the works. Additionally, the project includes a reserved space for a future indoor pool if deemed necessary.
