The match details for Elche CF's first three fixtures in LaLiga EA Sports 2026/27 have been confirmed. The team, managed by Martín Anselmi, will kick off their season on Monday, August 17th, at 8 PM against Deportivo de La Coruña at the Abanca-Riazor stadium.
Following this, on Sunday, August 23rd, at 9:30 PM, Elche CF will host FC Barcelona at the Martínez Valero. This encounter will be the first of the 2026/27 campaign for the Catalan club, who successfully requested a postponement for their initial match.
The third matchday is scheduled for Friday, August 28th, at 7 PM, when Elche CF will travel to El Sardinero to face Racing de Santander.
With these fixtures, Elche will have played official matches on a Friday (away), Sunday (home), and Monday (away) within the second half of August. Furthermore, due to postponements of some first-round matches requested by teams whose players are still participating in the 2026 World Cup, there will be at least one LaLiga EA Sports match every day during the latter half of August, except for Tuesday the 18th.
